The window frames on the first floor require sanding and repainting. The exterior walls in/around the windows will also likely benefit from repainting. The windows can only be accessed from the roof. - Due date: Flexible

Jarrah Timber Deck (40 m2)--sand off current paint back to bare timber and apply 2 coats decking oil. Preferably use a sander with continuous vacuum cleaner to minimise amount of dust liberated. Small graffiti removal on brick fence with painted texture coat. Some minor staining on powder coated aluminum gate.

- Need front door staining done. - Door and frame to be sealed immediately after installation of a 1200mm wide door. - Needs one coat of undercoat, two coats of topcoat and three coats of sealer/varnish for staining per the door company's recommendations. - Am after a walnut colour but can confirm prior to the tradesperson purchasing materials - Quote to include installation and materials. - Refer to attached pic of what it will look like (only a single sidelite on mine).

I have scrape marks on an interior plaster wall that need to be patched and painted.

Gloss painting for indoor doors.

There is a mouldy area in a walk in robe that need to be re plastered and painted. I have the paint but not the rest. The property in Brentwood

The boundary wall is approximately 10m long and 2m high and has some existing (very old) render on it. Only one side of the wall needs rendering (the side facing my property) so the finish doesn't need to be super smooth - I just need the wall to look tidy. Attached are some photos of the existing wall. The supply of all materials, labour and equipment to do the job is part of the scope.

We’re painting the outside of our single storey house at the moment and hoping to find someone to help things along. It’s a weatherboard house, also needs gap filling in some places. Do the eight hours whenever you want, subject to weather. We will supply paint, acrylic gap filler and caulking gun, ladder and drop sheets, and can supply brushes or you can bring your own.

Just need a final coat put on the walls and ceiling of two bedrooms. The walls are new (newly built extension) and have already been flushed, sanded, sealed and the first two coats applied, I just ran out of time to do the third coat. No need to gloss frames etc. One room measures 3.6m x 3.3m and the other 2.6m x 3.3m. Raked ceiling is 3m at the highest point and 2.1m at the lowest. Need the job done Tuesday (tomorrow) or Wednesday. Paint is supplied and can also supply brushes, roller, drop sheet and work platform if needed. You will need to cut in around lights, door frames and an exposed ceiling beam but otherwise a pretty straight forward job - probably half a day.
