No window frames required - 3 x bedrooms - 1 x lounge - 1 x kitchen / dining area - 1 x bathroom - hallways - laundry/toilet area Must provide all materials required including paint, rollers, brushes and protecting floors Flexible with date and access is at your leisure. Hoping to complete within the next 2 weeks Walls and ceilings prepped ready for undercoat (might just need to brush off dust). Trims will require a light sand and some window sills will require scraping of flaking paint and sand as preparation Undercoat and 2 top coats, happy for walls and ceilings to be same colour to reduce costs and complexity Please feel free to make reasonable offers, I just put something in the ad. Repair and replace two sections fascia boards, totaling about 5 meters. Sanding and painting fascia boards. Probably require on-site quotes.

Plaster repair, prepare and painting of lounge and dining room. The task includes: - Replace air vent inlet (large) with modern cover (open to what you think looks good). - Replace three air vents (each approx. 15 x 30 cm) with flush wall mounts. - Repair lounge room ceiling cracks - Remove wood strips in dining room (between roof/ceiling and roof/beam. hole has been put in wall by contractors. needs patching approx 200mm x 100mm Unfortunately I don't have any wall paint left, but I do know it is a Taubmans paint called Grey Ghost (https://www.taubmans.com.au/paint-colours/colour-families/whites-and-neutrals/grey-ghost) and we had it made in a Dulux Wash and Wear paint. - Thursday 7th December or Monday 11th December -(afternoon only)

Painting of skirting boards in living area after installation of engineered timber floor. Area of new timbers was 50 square metres. Skirting boards total about 30 metres in length and are 70mm high. Original hardwood floors sanded and polished. Approx dimensions - Lounge 480cm x 480cm. Entry 150cm W x 340cm L. Hall (continues from entry) 90cm W x 350cm L. Back room (old dirty boards but assume sanding would fix that) 230cm W x 750cm L. And maybe (cost separately) Bedroom 420xm x 390cm. Need done asap. Don't know cost- please advise
