looking for someone to paint of varnish 26meters of bamboo fencing, it’s previously had a clear coat on it but looks very faded and old now, looking for a proper job, the old coat may need to be pressure washed off or sanded back i’m not sure

I would like to get all interiors of 4 bed 2 bath house Painted. Old painting is in decent condition, I want to know if it's possible to add a finishing coat of Satin, high gloss or semi-gloss finishing as I have kids who keep drawing or colouring on walls and I just want it to be easy for me to clean or wash it.
