Internal living space includes: 4 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, combined open lounge/dining room, open kitchen, large family room/meals area, small entrance hallway, 1 hallway and laundry. Including skirts, interior doors and door mouldings, plus window frames. Window frames include: 3 large bay windows, 2400 sliding door, dining room, kitchen, ensuite, bathroom and 4 bedrooms. Kitchen area only underbench into meals area, and around laminated cupboard doors/splashback areas. Interior doors (8) (repair internal laundry door missing 1/2 the timber moulding - approx 4cm frame) Ceiling painting throughout.
