The price is for workmanship, with fascia and paint cost reimbursable upon providing a receipt. The finished product (fascia and guttering) must be colour coded to match the roof (colour is "monument").

Staircase walls need a couple of coats of white matt paint. No door frames, only walls, no ceiling. Will require a small platform ladder to reach the top of the wall. I can procure the paint if necessary.

Having to repost this task as previous assigned tasker was a flop unfortunately. Need a reliable painter that is able to paint a master bedroom (3.6x3.8m), study nook, entry hallway and living area (7.4x4m), preferably by the 20th December. Only looking to have walls and skirting boards done, not ceiling, or doors. Only one window and both the bedroom and living area have large sliding doors covering the majority on one wall. The other side of the living area is largely covered by kitchen cupboards so also wouldn’t need much painting. Ceilings are 4m high in living area so will need a tall ladder. Walls are gyprock and have some minor dents and holes that will need to be attended to before painting.
