We’re looking for someone to finish painting the internal walls in our two storey, 5 bedroom house in Alexandra Headlands. Currently the top floor is basically done, we just need someone to do trimmings. The bottom floor (living, kitchen, bathrooms & 2 beds) needs another coat plus trimmings. We are doing a basic reno to get us by for a few years before we eventually knock down the house & rebuild. We’re looking for someone with availability this Sunday, Monday & Tuesday.

I require a plasterer for single room (3 x 3). Two walls and ceiling only (as VJ panel wall in situ). Bottom coats completed - so in need of top finish coat only. Ability to hang cornice x 4 also preferable if in scope. I have cornice cement - completed would just require preferred top coast/joining product. Happy to accept quotes.

We own a tired dinged up three bedroom unit that we need painted. It's in Alex beach resort Alexandra Headland.

Lightly sand back 9 timber stained doors and some skirting (small area) in preparation for painting. Doors to be removed and sanded in back yard. Welcome to inspect job first. Must complete in one visit.

Painting required for: 3 walls of the main bedroom (the other wall is exposed brick- so no need to paint) 1 door. + wardrobe with 1door. 1 Wall of a small hallway (1 side is partially exposed brick- no need to paint) with 4 Doors + toilet area. Plus 3 linen cupboard doors. Doors and skirting board need to be sanded and prepped before painted. Walls are ready to paint. Good quality ‘Haymen’s’ Paint is supplied however you must supply your own equipment to get the job done. Please see floor plan attached with the red highlighted areas to be painted. Looking for job to be completed at a agreed date in the near future over a day or two days if needed.
