Hi, I need 2 full walls and 1 half wall painted in a new office in Epping. The building is new, with no holes or damage, and the walls are already painted white. I’m looking for a reliable handyman or painter with a neat finish. Wall 1 (upstairs): 4880mm wide x 2920mm high. Full wall, 2 coats. Wall 2 (downstairs): 10,050mm wide x 2920mm high. Full wall, 2 coats. There are two doors in the middle of this wall which do not need paint. Half wall: 3300mm wide x 2920mm high. I only want a triangle pattern painted on half of it. Looking for a painter to prime with a stain blocking base and repaint a room. Dimensions approx 2.84m by 3.59m, plus the ceiling. One wall has a window which is approx 1.795m wide by 1.47m high. Bring your own tools and products and include all labour and materials in the quote. Prefer not to remove the wall mounted AC. Wall mounted TV either needs safe removal and remount, or paint carefully around it.

We are half way through a painting job in our bedroom and have run out of energy to finish. The walls have been primed with two coats already and now we are looking for a painter to complete at least two coats of our chosen paint colour. The value I have proposed here is for 6 hours of work for one person at 50 an hour. Whatever time is needed on top of this I will continue to pay at 50 an hour. Walls are VJ panels, so I'm looking for someone experienced with cutting through grooves and avoiding paint lines. Please mention this in the quote. Bedroom is 4 x 3.5m in size We have all paint. We also have brushes and rollers etc. Starting to get slightly used, so if consumables are required on top of this rate I will cover this on top of the agreed hourly rate. We also have ladders, but any dedicated painting equipment would likely be better than what we have. Ideally wanting to complete Friday, but there is some flexibility here if required.

Paint skirting boards before someone comes in the caulk them. We have the paint already but not brushes. Boards have just been fixed and are primed. New floorboards have just been laid so just want to be mindful of them.
