All down lights will be ic4 so can be covered and will have certificate of electrical safety from registered electrician late next week. I need to have the old insulation bats removed from the roof of my home. It’s 5 bedrooms, a hallway and bathroom in terms of size. Can you quote for removal of the bats and disposal (separately). There will be a follow on job to install insulation that we can discuss once the tradie has done their work.

Job is to install floor insulation across our house, approx 100sqm. Install is done from above as there is extremely low clearance underneath. Everything is up in the house. Work does not include bathroom area. You will need to work around a bunch of floorboards (example pictured), but they will be laid in tandem with your work so will get more out of your way as time goes on. Insulation and tooling is provided. Most of the insulation is polyester rolls that just need stapling directly to joists. Some (~15sqm) is batts and strapping that need to be installed. !Important: Job needs to be done in tandem with our floorer who is starting on morning of 27th, as our timelines have been completely chewed up. Polyester rolls are arriving on 27th but prior to their arrival, batts will need to be installed in order for floorer to lay. Being able to do this is a timely fashion is super important to us so that we don’t hold up the floorer, as well as being able to work as a team (with our floorer) and prioritise areas that he needs done. I believe this is a ~6-8hr job for one person or 3-4hr for two.

We would like someone to finish installing our underfloor insulation in our house on Coburg. We've done about 85 per cent ourselves, and are a bit over being under the house. The remainder is the bits that are a bit more difficult to get to, or are oddly shaped gaps, approx 10 squares metres. It's polyester insulation which is much easier to install than the glass fibre. No strapping required, you just staple the edges directly to the timber.
