Recently built a catio outside my bedroom window but am not happy with the entrance. Id like a cat door installed, and will also need security screen kept on with it. I figure its an easy ish job for someone with the right tools/parts. Ideally id be able to lock the cat window but keep the actual window open also if possible. Can send measurements and pics for proper quote.

On the big sash windows, there are gaps around the lower sides (where the hood ends.) On the very small window I think it hasn’t been sealed at the top.
