I have three cat wall things that need to be installed into a dry wall with studs. I don't have the required drill. The instruction manual says "If your wall is drywall, please use 12mm twist drill to make holes." The cat wall things are very straightforward to assemble. The main job is simply to drill into dry wall in appropriate locations (avoiding some possible electrics).

My bedroom door doesn’t quiet catch the lock. You need to lift it up to close it every time. I’d like it fixed and add a door bolt. I’ve just bought some bolts off amazon! I’d also like a separate door bolt added to my bathroom door.

Good afternoon, We need some maintenance for our main HVAC unit (model as shown in the in pictures). It works well, but we need some general maintenance. Only comment is that the airblade doesn’t remain at the selected position (and drops to a lower level) - if we were to be able to sort this out that would be fantastic.
