Hello, I have an aluminium window that I would like removed and replaced with timber French doors. The French doors are second hand but they have the frames and the hinges on the doors already. They are a good match in size to the space. They have all the locks and handles etc. I think the bricks on the outside may need to be removed but I’m not too sure what it required. Re- secure laundry cupboard, which has started to come away from the wall. 3. Re-secure roof vent, which has started to come away from roof and I can’t get to stay up 4. Re-grout and touch up silicone around bath and down left side of vanity. Re-grout broken tile piece, include surrounding edge where grout has cracked.
