Find an experienced handyman in Wantirna South

Looking for someone who has experience repairing pull-down projector screens. The screen has been pulled down too far and now won’t retract back into the housing. It seems like the internal spring or roller mechanism may need resetting or repairing. I’m hoping it’s a repair rather than a replacement. I’ve attached a photo of the screen. Please let me know if you’ve fixed something similar before and what you think may be involved.

I have bought an aluminium blind from Ikea that fits perfectly inside my bathroom window frame. I need someone to install it for me.
