Looking for an experienced, detail-oriented handyman for a full day job to refresh a residential property and bring it up to a premium rental standard. The focus is not just fixing things, but making the house feel tight, aligned, smooth and “like new”. Attention to detail matters. I want everything operating quietly and properly, with no loose fittings, sticking doors, or visible patchwork.
