My ceiling fan has started clicking when in use. It typically will start after a couple minutes of use. I have tightened the screws around the fan with no luck, and have cleaned out any dust etc

Needs to be properly rejoined and secured. Wall repairs: Small chips, dents and pieces of damaged wall need to be repaired and made neat. Side door lock: Needs to be fixed/adjusted so the door locks properly. Muslim shower installation: Install handheld bidet/Muslim showers in 3 bathrooms. Ideally looking for someone who can complete all of the above in one visit. Please have your own tools and experience with door, wall and general handyman repairs. Hello, I need one length of cornice installed my bathroom today, it’s approx 2m long. I can provide cornice cement and I can paint it myself. You would need to supply the actual cornice as I’ve had a go at doing this myself and butchered the existing cornice. I need this done urgently as I have sold this house and need to have this repaired before settlement tomorrow (Wednesday). Note I believe this is a 75mm cornice which is out of stock at my local Bunnings. This is a pretty small job good for a handy person or plasterer.
