The curtain plastic runners are breaking and the curtain rod fixings to the ceilings are failing. Needs repair or maybe replacement. One curtain rod is about 3 m long and the second is 4.9m long. I will pay for the purchase of any new curtain tracks required. Must have curtain installation experience

Several small areas require plastering and gyprock repairs following some electrical works. There are: 3 x ceiling fan areas need bolt holes filled 2 x ceiling holes were cut for electrical installation, need the board replaced and patched (I have the pieces that were cut out) 2 x walls need patching, 1 hole next to new air con unit, one from a shelf falling down. I have additional gyprock sheets if required.
