Hi, we would like someone comfortable with installing a 2.5m long stud bracket to the studs for our floating shelf. Please note we have the screws and the bracket, but we need someone comfortable to install a long bracket at a height (we can help support/hold onto the beam during installation). You should not need a ladder as the bracket goes above our built in bench seat that you can step on.

Repair and or replace hardie plank siding due to a hose reel not mounted correctly and shearing through the hardie plank. Please see pictures for extent of damage. Will also need to remount the hose reel, however this time it needs to have some robustness, I suggest using marine ply backing of some sort.

Need someone to figure out what is clogging our double kitchen sinks. The water will go down for a time and then comes back up in both sinks. We checked the pipes under the sink for any blockage but couldn't find anything so think the problem is further down.

We want to upgrade our houses lighting to new down lights and install 4x fans. 21 down lights in total. Of which 4 are to be on dimmer switches and all fans are remote (not wall control). We will supply lights and fans.
