Find a professional roller shutter repair in VIC

I have two windows with external roller shutters, that are jammed closed (1 at the front of the house and the other at the side of house). One at front of house is about 1.5 metre above ground level and one at side of house is on the second level. I have a ladder to use. We ideally would like them both wound up, not removed. And then we will stop using them. They are manual, not electronic. Ideally I would like to have somebody who has some experience with roller shutters

There may be a piece missing so parts required. The roller shutter is connected to cable. Just needs to be put back into place. The wand is hexagon shape and I believe the part that connects to it may be missing.

An electric roller shutter has ceased to function and requires repair. The motor still works fine but it is not engaging the blind correctly. You will need to provide your own ladder. Access can be made either from below or via the window.

We have just purchased a small unit that has three metal roller shutters, but none of them are working. 2 X Roller shutters stuck. The cable is tangled and the handle won't move towards the open direction

The roller shutter from one of the windows is broken, it stopped halfway while shutting and the motor just kept going and the rest of the shutter just dropped to close. Now it remains totally closed and the motor just makes a sound when activated and stops after a certain time.
