1)The shutter stuck with an object while closing. Now the motor is working but the shutter does not go up or down. This is operated by a electric touch on switch. 2)A knob type electric window shutter does not move up or down but the switch runs. 3) 2 window shutters are not working with the remote but can operate from the touch switches on the wall.

just snapped, can’t roll up the shutter

Hi there, I’ve got some old-school manual roller shutter blinds with the crank handles. A few of them aren’t working properly: Some shutters are stuck halfway and won’t go up or down. Others move but are very jittery when winding. One got jammed badly enough that I had to remove the front casing. I’m not sure if the issue is with the winding mechanism, the shutter tracks, or something else. I’m looking for someone experienced with roller shutters who can come have a look, diagnose the problem, and provide quotes for the repairs. Photos are attached for reference. I am having an issue with the roller shutter. The motor still sounds like it’s running when I press the switch. The light on the control/switch is on, so it seems like it’s still sending signals. However, the shutter itself won’t go up or down. It just stays in place. I am not sure if it’s stuck? The shutter doesn’t seem to be responding properly even though the motor appears to be active.
