One of my motorised external roller shutters has come out of the side track and is stuck. They’re not interconnected. Only the third shutter needs to be aligned. They operated by remote.

We have a roller shutter on our carport. It was installed approximately 3 years ago. When it was installed we were issued with three (fairly flimsy) remotes. None of them now work.
