Hey hey im Ryan. I’m living in Blakehurst NSW. And our roller shutters just stuck. Yesterday, I accidentally left my window open while lowering the roller shutter, so it hit the window and got stuck. Now it makes a buzzing sound every few minutes, and it seems like the motor is jammed. Since this is an exterior roller shutter on the second floor/high up, you will need a tall ladder (around 3 meters) to access it.
