Electric roller shutter not opening, motor clicks then does nothing.

I need my electric window roller shutter fixed on my double story house. It is the second story window. I think it has either come off its track or has completely come off the roller.

Roller shutter stopped midway will not rise or lower. Also housing requires reattached as it has come away in bad winds. (Photos Available).

Hi there, I’ve got some old-school manual roller shutter blinds with the crank handles. A few of them aren’t working properly: Some shutters are stuck halfway and won’t go up or down. Others move but are very jittery when winding. One got jammed badly enough that I had to remove the front casing. I’m not sure if the issue is with the winding mechanism, the shutter tracks, or something else. I’m looking for someone experienced with roller shutters who can come have a look, diagnose the problem, and provide quotes for the repairs. Photos are attached for reference.
