My husband just rolled down our roller shutter onto an open window and as a result has jammed the shutter. The shutter is around 5 years old and is on a manual crank mechanism. It goes up and down a few inches before locking out. Need someone experienced in this field to fix. Please note: we are on a sloped blocked so even though we are a single level home, the access to the window is almost a second floor level and you will need to be experienced, protected and insured for this. Thank you.
