I have straightened the walls just need someone to hang cement sheets on walls and plaster on ceiling of bathroom reno

I had a leak in the roof causing the plaster to become cracked and damaged. Damage looks to be about 1mx1.5m Could the damaged plaster be removed and replaced in a ready to be painted state?

I need a two plank scaffolding installation for my single story house asap

Old (1950s built)unit has couple of windows frames (iron/composite ?) locks broken and need to be fixed and/or replaced. The frame itself are Iron but the internal locks to keep the window closed seemed to be composite as they are broken(snapped?) therefor the windows can not be fully closed and kept secured tight and locked.

This task is to do my measurements so that I order the correct blinds to be manufactured. You must have good knowledge of this specific brand and its outdoor patio blind products to accept this task. I need someone who knows about this specific brand and its patio blinds because you will be measuring my patio dimensions so that I can place an on line order for fitted blinds. I am mindful that they have different types of outdoor blinds and I need advice on which one is going to best suit my patio which has posts that are not plum and some bolts in the posts that may (or may not) be an obstruction to the blind's operation. So, please only make an offer if you have first hand experience with the brand "Blinds On Line" and their outdoor patio blinds. This task is to come on site and do the measurements and offer advice only. There is not fitting involved with this task. The The metal plug/strainer assembly (the part that sits in the sink hole and acts as both a filter and a push-down stopper) has detached from the drain pipe beneath the sink. It appears the issue is a missing nut or fastener. I can see the thread/bolt from the plug assembly hanging down below the sink, and I can see the pipe with the corresponding hole, but the piece that secures them together is gone. How to Fix It (As I See It) This should be a straightforward job for someone with basic tools and confidence: Obtain a suitable nut/fastener to fit the existing bolt/thread. Unscrew/detach the immediate section of the drain pipe below the sink Properly seat and secure the metal plug assembly onto the sink hole from above. Fasten it securely to the pipe thread from below using the new nut. Reattach the rest of the drain pipe and ensure everything is tight and sealed (a quick water test would be ideal). I believe this is a simple handyman or maintenance fix and does not require a licensed plumber. I just want someone confident to do the job properly so I don't have leaks.
