I have a rogue RML-3W fold back squat rack that needs to be installed in my garage, along with a mount for bumper plates and gym tiles secured to the floor. The rack and mount will be installed into brick. It will be installed where the shelving unit currently sits. I am 1 floor tile short of a 3x3 grid which i will pick up prior to the job.

It appears the issue is a missing nut or fastener. I can see the thread/bolt from the plug assembly hanging down below the sink, and I can see the pipe with the corresponding hole, but the piece that secures them together is gone. How to Fix It (As I See It) This should be a straightforward job for someone with basic tools and confidence: Obtain a suitable nut/fastener to fit the existing bolt/thread. Unscrew/detach the immediate section of the drain pipe below the sink Properly seat and secure the metal plug assembly onto the sink hole from above. Fasten it securely to the pipe thread from below using the new nut. Reattach the rest of the drain pipe and ensure everything is tight and sealed (a quick water test would be ideal). I believe this is a simple handyman or maintenance fix and does not require a licensed plumber. I just want someone confident to do the job properly so I don't have leaks.

Looking to replace chain off 3 blinds and rehook back to the wall

The rivets have popped off the top hinge of my security screen door. I need someone with the right materials, tools and skills to affix the door. I think this would involve moving the hinge up or down by about 10mm on both the door and the door jamb.

Install a door closer it needs to be measured and drilled. Only 5 screws should take 30mins max

Affix ring door bell. Wall is concrete so you will need a suitable drill.

Putting together a new exercise bike & elliptical machine.

I need to remove the stripped screws ( and replace with working screws) to this pet door so I can replace the flap. The photos are of the inside and the outside of the door. The screws are hard plastics and were stripped by whoever lived here before.

This is for a local kindergarten. There are 3 doors that are becoming increasingly difficult to open/close. Two are internal single doors, and one is an external double door. Two of these doors are emergency exits so are the priority for fixing. We will require an initial quote before confirming the works to be completed. And an official invoice upon completion of the works. Because this is a school, the works will need to be completed out of school hours (after 230pm).
