Some damage has been done to garage by tenants and efforts to patch up have made it visually problematic with property sales campaign. looking for part of this wall to be re-rendered and painted. paint match already found. size of wall roughly 6m wide x 3m high. Just looking for it to be visually consistent of texture of the wall and then repainted. needs to be done next week. i understand price can’t be fixed till inspection.
