Hi there – I have just purchased an old cottage. It has had tenants living upstairs and downstairs. Downstairs - they have just let mould build up over time from what i can tell !! It is two stories but at the moment I can only access the lower floor as the upper floor still has tenants till the end of August. I want to move some of my belongings into the lower floor next weekend and am looking for a deep clean and mould removal next Friday if possible ? as this is when the tenants will have moved out. The space is not that large - It is the Lower floor of a small cottage consisting of a small kitchen, small bathroom and small bedroom and approx 8mx4m living space. All areas have mould.
