Our orchard, chicken coup and veggie garden is protected by a wooden framework that has white netting covering it. The netting is now old and torn and we need to replace it with something more durable: regulation UV stable bird netting (2cm holes), so the birds won't get in. It's a large area - 20m x 15m and 4m high. The framework also need some work: remove the poly pipes, repair the leaning fence and add any cross beams that will help you stretch your netting across the whole thing. I have about 130 pieces of solid timber wall panels to remove from the walls - preferably de-nail and stack outside (lower storey). We dont want the timber broken as we reuse it, so we've been cutting off one end (theyre nailed on) and using a crowbar to jimmy them off. Theyre 20mm thick pine and most are around 3m long. Theres a few rooms to do so it can be done all at once or in stages. Would like the first room done by end of November but the rest can be done after that if need be. - Due date: Flexible

We're renovating our bathroom and having some plumbing moved. So needing walls to be plastered ready for floor to ceiling tiling and some patching to the roof where an arch has been removed and also a roof vent. Shower recess will probably need new sheeting, as will around bath area as we are having a back-to-wall bath installed and the step removed. Then there's a 3m bulkhead just outside the bathroom that will need plastering and the cornice matched. I have a piece of cornice to use, if you're able to match it up. Works need to be ready for painting please. I don't want to have to sand and fix up imperfections in workmanship. Needing the works done on Saturday preferable, or early next week if possible. Pictures are of areas before demolition. Pulling out of bathroom and bulkhead will commence Thursday morning.

I have a leak in my shower base which is tiled . I have had someone look at it and floor under house is dam but they said it’s only showing in joins so needs to dry it with hair dryer and redo . It is black silicon and dark grout . Can come a look first but I need it done this week I hope .
