Hi all, Water leaks from the side/bottom of the shower screen after the shower runs for a few minutes and puddles near the toilet - see photos. A plumber previously did a thermal scan and confirmed there is no leak behind the wall, so it appears to be a shower screen seal/silicone/track issue - at least that’s what I think.
