No rush for completion, just looking for a fair quote. Existing roof screws have degraded to various areas and require replacement. Existing sealant to ridge joins has degraded and requires repair. Existing gutters contain debris which may cause blockages. Recommendations Removal & disposal of degraded roof screws to various areas where required. Supply & install new roof screws with Neoprene washer seals to all areas where old roof screws were removed. Supply & apply sealant to ridge joins where required. Clear gutters of debris where required. Clean all worked areas.
