I have enquired at Bunnings and there is a relatively affordable rangehood that plugs in to replace this one which just fits into the wall and plugs in. You will need to remove this one and mount this and plug it in. It’s a job for a handyman, not an electrician they said. I think it was around $100 -$150 to buy the replacement. Please provide receipts and I will pay for all materials. Please mount it properly into the wall with plastic anchors etc. No dodgy jobs here, it needs to be safe! *also see my other listing- change tap washer*
