Hello, I have a property in Melton West. I need to install 3 small blinds into my property. The blinds just need to be drilled into the window frames (2 screws in each corner). All 3 blinds have a metal chain which is used to wind them up or down. I will be there to help install the blinds. There is currently no electricity at the property so whoever accepts this job will need to have a cordless, battery powered drill. Also, I need to adjust a door handle to the bathroom door as the door does not close properly. This will hopefully just require the door handle to be moved slightly (which will involve unscrewing the handle and then moving it a few mm and then screwing it back into the door). Finally, I would like whoever does this job to bring a ladder which I can use to get onto the roof of the property (to clear the gutters which are full of leaves, which will only take me a few minutes). I expect that this job will take 60 minutes in total (and perhaps slightly less), but if it takes any longer then I will pay you an additional amount for your time. I can meet you at the property on Friday afternoon.  Thanks
