Hello Airtaskers, I require installation of x 3 90cm timber venetian blinds and x 2 custom size sheer roller blinds (110cm) All windows are free of window coverings and ready for install. ****Please only respond if you know what you're doing and have the necessary tools and experience to do the job properly.****

The roof fascia board that faces the sea has become badly damaged and needs replaced to look like the ones on the other sides of the house. I’m happy to paint it, once the new one has been installed. Door was previously attached by tradesman from airtasker, however I dont think it was done correctly as over the course of a few months, door has come loose and now dishwasher door doesn't shut well. The part of the railing that fell off under the influence of the wind needs to be repaired/mounted. It is also necessary to fix the mounting of the fence span visible in the photos as it has some loose and is waving during the wind. Most likely replacing the current wooden screws with bolts with nuts will be the most appropriate method. The repair concerns the terrace on the first level of the house, with easy access also available from below. I have the part of the railing to be mounted; only longer bolts (the best if made from rust-proof material) will be required. - Due date: Flexible
