Andrew was responsive, punctual and efficient. He helped me take away so much cardboard rubbish that has accumulated from furnishing a new place and also removed a dated hills hoist right down below the concrete and even smoothed out all the edges so that it’s not a hazard for pets or small children. He had all the tools and didn’t need any help. My Labrador cross Bobby took an instant liking to him as well. I would not hesitate to recommend his services. Thanks again Andrew!!

Must know what you’re doing so preferably a builder thats local & willing to share expertise for cash job - thanks! See list below: Garage lintel deemed salvageable by building inspector - just needs to be rust converted and treated. Please supply all materials required to get it looking like new (will pay). Need to replace some exterior wooden beams or apply something to strengthen current. Reinforce bricks loose at property entry. Reattach downpipes properly to brick and also to stormwater pipe. Remove a water tank and redirect pipes appropriately. Other bits and bobs as they arise.
