There are a few areas on the wall where the plaster came off. I tried to repair with putty and colour matched paint at Bunnings but the colour is not right and the patching may also need some fixing. Need someone to repair and colour match the paint and paint the small spots.

Looking for an experienced plasterer/handyman to repair a section of ceiling plasterboard (~2m x 1m) on the first floor of my house. Damage was caused accidentally from above (roof access). Area is currently covered with plastic. There is insulation above the ceiling. Scope of work: Remove damaged plasterboard. Install new plasterboard and secure properly to framing. Refit/adjust insulation as needed. Tape, set, and sand ready for painting (painting optional – please quote separately if you can do it)

Few issues around the property 1. Security roller door on the window doesn't go down probably stuck haven't been used in a long time 2. Water connection to washing machine knobs are dripping 3. Water dripping through the down pipe 4. Oven not working restore connection or replace if broken.

Looking for someone to spray paint our fly screens and re mesh them too. Also looking for the same for our security door, and the back of the front door to be sanded and painted. All to be painted white.

Advise on blinds installation

Need to replace the door lock with a dead-blot that has a snip inside so it can be opened from inside without a key. You need to provide the new lock as well. I have attached a photo of something similar for an example.
