I have a large (2 meter by 1.5 meter) painting that I would like hung high up on an entryway wall in my home. I don’t have the right fixtures or right height ladder/equipment to do this personally.

I don't necessarily need the welding done on site, but it would be worth coming over to look at what we are trying to do. Imagine a stick with a hoop that you would blow bubbles through. The bubble bit is 30 / 76.2cm inches in diameter, the stick bit is 75 - 80mm long. The stick bit needs to fit over a 8mm thick piece of metal which is 75 - 80mm long. Therefore the tube or pipe used needs to be as close to that as possible eg 9mm.
