Looking for a reliable local help heavy upcoming property maintenance. Firstly remove a traditional rotary Hills Hoist clothesline + dig out concrete footing & dispose from my backyard in Lalor. Metal can be taken for scrap metal. $150 to remove clothes line, grind it flat and dispose of it . $250 if you can jack hammer out the concrete.

Old Hills Hoist washing line needs to be cut down so we can remove it. Some care is required to protect the garden growing around it. Does not need to be removed, but may need another couple of angle grind cuts to reduce it to manageable pieces for hard rubbish etc collection. It is in backyard, there is a path down side of house for access.

Old hills hoist clotheseline needs removal. Will need to be dug out of the ground, with both the concrete base and clothesline to be taken to the tip. We also have some other small handy man jobs to complete ie. removal of a large shrub / bush, as well as the removal of a sandpit, and dismantle and removal of a trampoline. All items will need to be taken to the tip or similar for disposal. Happy to negotiate price.
