We have metal frame awnings fixed to the external of the buildings (5 townhouse). 1 has fallen off - due to inadequate fixing of the top rail. Need one awning on the first storey refixed (new batten screws), and the second top rail refixed. General check of all remaining 20 odd awnings also required.

Ceiling fan with chain not turning off when chain pulled. The chain is not broken - this seems to be more of a small electrical issue to be solved by someone with better knowledge of how these work. I need to fan on/off switch mechanism fixed or replaced

Fix one adjustment roller on bottom of glass sliding door. Screw turns but the roller does not move up or down Thread may be stripped, I’m unsure. Second adjuster works fine.

I have a somfy outdoor blind that is currently unresponsive. The remote is blinking red, and from what I read is that it requires the motor to be reset. Anyone who has experience with somfy blind?

We need a handyman to help my partner to replace concrete base of a stair case

Hi a few jobs including affixing a blind on our balcony, replace a light bulb in the high ceiling in the kitchen that needs replacing and the smoke alarm downstairs is falling out of the ceiling. I have some gates that need to be looked at as the post might need replacing.

I need a mirror hung on exterior rendered wall (bbq area) , a small pool cue rack hung up, and also new front door handles installed please. Handles are the pull handle style (either side of the door) and there is a double door. Replacing existing handles in same position. No photos currently sorry.

I’m a hopeless Handyman. My Wife told me I had to write that first on this task. I cannot do a simple task like putting up a blind LOL. There are three blinds in a tiny home. Should be pretty straightforward for someone who knows what they’re doing. you will need a drill with a metal steel bit because there are a couple of, hard places to drill into.
