An old wardrobe unit that was built in has been removed. There is a plank at the top that I’m not able to remove myself as it’s nailed in and I’m concerned I’ll rip the ceiling / plaster. The plaster cornice on either side also needs repairing. Pics attached. Hoping for repair asap but can be flexible. I’m having some flooring work done so will have to work around that.
