Bathroom exhaust fans – Reinstall the exhaust fans in the ensuite and powder room that were removed during plastering (existing connections are available). 3. Looking to complete two installation jobs. Job 1: Artwork Hang 1x large artwork (125cm x 155cm, approx 10kg) onto an internal brick wall. It has 2x D-rings on the back (must hang directly on two screws, no wire). Job 2: Ceiling Hook Drill and install 1x hook into the ceiling to hang a plug-in light fixture. Physical installation only, no electrical wiring required. I am unsure what the ceiling is made of (could be plaster, concrete, or brick). Tasker to bring an electronic stud finder / multi-detector to check the ceiling and ensure you do not hit any electrical wires or pipes before drilling. Hardware: Tasker to supply all necessary hardware (or advise prior what needs to be purchased), including 2x heavy-duty masonry wall plugs/screws for the brick wall, and appropriate heavy-duty ceiling anchors (bring options for both hollow plasterboard and solid concrete/brick ceilings). Please bring a hammer drill, masonry bits, and a spirit level. I can assist with lifting the artwork into place.

Need a chin up bar to be installed onto solid brick wall. I started the job but didn’t have the right tools to finish efficiently. I have the anchor sleeves (75mm)

I need a small wall bracket reinstalled. The wall plugs have pulled out of the wall when the bracket came loose. I need someone to remove the old anchors, supply suitable new wall anchors if required, and securely remount the bracket. The wall appears to be plasterboard. Photos attached. I’d like it done neatly so it’s strong and secure.
