The existing hooks need to be removed. The wall would need to be patched up from the previous rail (walls are concrete/brick). Installation of toilet roll holder = I have the toilet roll holder already to be installed. Wall needs to be patched up too from previous roll holder. Bathroom vanity needs holes drilled into the back sides for electric cables to go through for washing machine.
