Looking for someone to remove the existing mouldy/old silicone around our kitchen sink and recaulk it neatly. The job includes: * Remove existing silicone/caulking around the back and edges of the kitchen sink * Clean and prepare the area, including removing the visible mould * Apply new waterproof, mould resistant kitchen silicone with a clean finish * Recaulk a small section along the kitchen benchtop replacing existing mouldy sealant * Please supply all required materials and tools Photos attached showing the areas requiring work.

Looking for someone experienced with plasterboard repairs to patch and finish two damaged areas in internal walls. There are: * 1 larger damaged hole in a bedroom wall, as shown in photos * 1 small hole/damaged section near a door * Patch both areas properly, including cutting back damaged plasterboard if required * Apply plaster/joint compound, sand and finish smooth ready for painting * Match the existing wall finish as closely as possible * Supply all materials and tools required Painting is not required. Just looking for both areas to be properly repaired, sanded and left ready for paint. Photos attached showing both areas.
