Fix my house before i move in. I need some skirting boards re-done in bathroom and hallway and 1 room. Verandah fencing needs new pieces of wood and to be painted. Outside some of the concrete area needs to be high pressure hosed down. The drain pipe needs to be replaces only the last bit that's dented. Two pieces of wood needs to be places on the outside of the house. Skirting boards need to be re-done in 1 more room and new the windows the damage needs to be fixed. - Due date: Flexible

I would like 2 x GPO installed so I can mount my TV infront of it. 1 up at tv mount level for the tv, and 1 (double) down lower for foxtel box/speakers Currently there is aerial port on wall and some sort of conduit hole but no GPO, wall is made of plaster . Closest GPO is on opposite wall roughly 5m away, other side of the TV wall has no power point, just light switches I also have a ceiling fan in bathroom that is noisy, most likely will need to be replaced replaced.
