I have a large cavity slider door, has been installed but builder went broke before hanging the door. Rollers and track are in place but need to be bolted into rollers tland cranked up into place but am missing 1 bolt and do not know where such a bolt can be acquired.

Hello! I have 2 handyperson tasks that need completing in my rental property. Date and price not firm, happy to get this for the right price at a suitable time. 1 - the bar where the clothes hang in the main bedroom wardrobe needs to be replaced as it has bent. I'd like this to be a metal bar if possible. 2 - the shower keeps flooding as the drain is really difficult (impossible) for me to remove - I'd like this replaced if at all possible, or at least removed, cleaned, then put back. The drain is one of those ones that runs across the shower with the tile in the middle, not the plug hole ones. Happy to replace with one from bunnings that is all metal, and doesn't have the tile in the middle.

My mums front door isn’t closing fully and her dog has been getting out a look. She has a door closer but the gas thingy isn’t 100% so it doesn’t click shut. Horrible description I know but basically just needs to shut by itself 😊
