We’re looking for someone experienced with garden shed installation and repairs to identify where the water is getting in and fix the issue properly. The shed was purchased from Bunnings and is installed on a concrete slab beside the house, replacing an existing shed that was previously in the same location. The job may involve checking the roof panels, joins, screws, flashing, doors and the seal around the base. We would also like the repair tested with a hose before the job is considered complete. I have a slow leak from my kitchen sink mixer tap. The leak appears to be coming from the base of the mixer where it meets the benchtop (see attached photos). I initially thought it might be a worn washer, O-ring or cartridge. I purchased the necessary tools and attempted to investigate it myself after speaking with Bunnings, but once I started dismantling it I realised it was beyond my DIY ability. Rather than risk damaging the mixer, I've decided to have it repaired professionally. I'm looking for someone who can: -Diagnose the exact source of the leak. -Repair the existing mixer if possible. -Replace the washer, O-rings, seals or cartridge if required. -Only recommend replacing the entire mixer if it is genuinely beyond economical repair. -Check the flexible hoses and under-sink plumbing while onsite. -Test everything before leaving to ensure the leak has been fixed.
