I need to replace the pleated flywire screen, which measures approximately 2.4m x 3m. I’ve attached photos of the existing frame and channel, along with photos of the opposite side to show what the screen looks like when viewed from the other side

My garage door is not opening properly. The remote and motor are working, but the motor struggles to lift the door. If I give the door a slight manual push while pressing the remote, it opens. The door also feels quite heavy when lifting manually. I suspect there may be an issue with the spring tension or lifting mechanism. The garage door opener is a Glidermatic GTS. Looking for an experienced garage door technician to inspect, diagnose and repair the issue.

All door handles are already supplied and the existing holes in the doors are already prepared, so this should be a straightforward installation. The bottom hinge on our front door seems to have come out. Will need to fix this if possible. There’s a pole that goes inside the shell that keeps dropping out as the nut doesn’t stay in to hold it there anymore
