I have a curtain rail that’s come down in the middle. The plug hasn’t worked so needs a longer screw or a toggle screw? Hanging of 3 no. new doors in existing timber frames - 1 no. flush panel solid core door and 2 no. timber doors with vision panels (1-lite French door), noting all existing doors have been removed, and existing door frames have only 2 no. hinges, and would need 3rd hinge to be installed on all frames.
Thank you again Alexander, for hanging 3x timber doors. Good communication - Alexander was running late due to previous job, but kept me updated on his location and the ETA. Professional - Alexander attended site with all the tools as required to complete the task. The existing door frames are out of plumb, he spent time adjusting and making sure all the doors & hardware are working perfectly. Highly recommended, would definitely book again.

Had one company come out for a quote already and they suggested replacing some roof screws where they've degraded and replacing sealant at the ridge joins as below. No rush for completion, just looking for a fair quote. Existing roof screws have degraded to various areas and require replacement. Existing sealant to ridge joins has degraded and requires repair. Existing gutters contain debris which may cause blockages. Recommendations Removal & disposal of degraded roof screws to various areas where required. Supply & install new roof screws with Neoprene washer seals to all areas where old roof screws were removed. Supply & apply sealant to ridge joins where required. Clear gutters of debris where required. Clean all worked areas.
