Grout Repair: Rake out and patch/reseal a few horizontal lines of cracked grout on the internal shower wall tiles 2. Paint Matching & Repair: Get a paint match sample pot (bathroom formula), scrape the flaking drywall edge along the outside frame, prime, and paint it. 3. Outside Floor Track Re-Silicone: Completely strip away the old, failing clear silicone along the silver track on the bathroom floor (outside the shower). Thoroughly clean, dry, and apply a fresh, neat, professional bead of 100% mold-resistant WHITE silicone to completely seal the track to the floor and hide the aging frame edge. Please include the cost of all materials (grouting compound, white silicone, primer, matched paint sample pot) in your quote.

The outer paper layer of the wall has come off while trying to remove a poster that had double-sided glue. This should not be more than 10cm. Also, with this, there are two small ~5 cms which needs to be patched. The wall has cream-coloured paint, which I do not have and also not sure about the colour.
