Work paid at an hourly rate, with flexible hours depending on workload. Typical tasks include: Installing shelves and wall-mounted fixtures Replacing toilet roll holders and towel rails Installing shower curtains and shower rods Hanging mirrors and other accessories Minor repairs and general maintenance Basic patching, adjustments and touch-ups Other small handyman jobs as required What we're looking for: Experience completing a variety of handyman or maintenance tasks Able to work efficiently and independently Good attention to detail and takes pride in their work Reliable, punctual and communicates well No formal qualifications or trade licence required (provided the work does not require licensed trades) Requirements: Own vehicle and mobile phone Own basic hand tools Must organise your own parking where required Responsible for removing and disposing of any waste generated during the work

Hi! Just need a couple things fixed in my apartment. -Toilet Seat Alignment (sorry sounds sillly) seat has gone sideways and it is a weird/odd attachment I can't seem to make it work (not sure what sort of tools you need to fix that). -Pulley cord in lounge room (I have had it fixed it a few times in the past due to me snapping it), it is functional and still work ergo not broken but the cord is super long and I would love to shorten it (probably snap it again in the future), I have more cord lengths so nothing will need to be purchased especially seen I want it shortened. It is up fairly high, I have chairs but no step ladder so might pay to potentially bring one or if you are super tall ever better :). I need this done before the 22nd of Feb. Available times all day Friday 17th & 19th. Available after 2pm Monday 20th & Tuesday 21st. In an apartment building, cant offer parking sorry. But close to train station and bus stops if that helps.
