I have a purple stain on carpet, a blind that has fallen down and a flyscreen that is out of place. Need this fixed asap for sale of property. Same as a bathroom drawer needing fixing

I need one screen door to be pet proof (eg not mesh that can be clawed through) and that can’t be looked into from outside And the other screen door to be pet proof. I’ve previously had it done but cats were still able claw at it.

I’m looking for someone to install flyscreen mesh or another suitable insect barrier over the openings/slits in 3 skylights (bathroom, dining room, laundry) in my apartment. Bugs are getting in through these openings, so I’d like to find a way to seal them while still allowing ventilation (we’re unable to completely seal them). All three skylights are approximately 2-3 metres above the ceiling level, so access may be difficult and may require working from the roof or using specialised access equipment. I’m unsure of the exact opening configuration and what type of mesh, framing or installation method would be most suitable, so I’m looking for someone who can assess the setup and recommend a practical solution.

Replace Flyscreen Mesh: Replace the torn mesh on one sliding screen door (please supply standard mesh & spline, or let me know what size to buy). 2. Mount Retractable Hose Reel: Securely drill and mount the hose reel bracket onto the external brick wall (masonry screws/plugs needed). 3. Fix / Replace Door Handles & Catch: Sliding door striker/catch: Reattach/fix the loose metal catch/latch (see photo). Internal door handle: Handle and latch mechanism is loose / detached. Please check if it can be re-secured; if parts are broken/stripped, let me know and I can purchase a replacement to install. Material will be provided just bring your tools with you

Current fly screens (x 2 windows) are flimsy and the wrong size - allowing insects to get into the rooms.

Looking for someone experienced with flyscreens to help finish the installation of the window flyscreen shown in the photo. The mesh for the lower half has already been installed. Too busy to finish the upper half so looking for some help. Also need to secure the middle horizontal bar on the frame. Please bring the necessary tools and let me know if any additional materials are required.

Remove the existing dog door from the flyscreen door and replace the damaged mesh so the door is restored to its original condition. The frame is fine and only needs the dog door removed and the mesh replaced. Should be a straightforward job.

Need to rehang flyscreen, two new brackets. Have all you need to do the job here, will take someone five minutes ready to put on my back is stopping me. May need to bring small drill bit for metal to get screws into flyscreen. Have all screws, drill , electrical screw driver , brackets.
