The outdoor blind is currently unable to travel fully down due to existing handrails attached to the house. We are looking for someone to assess the situation, review the attached photos, and recommend the best option to allow the blind to operate smoothly while maintaining the functionality and safety of the handrails. Potential scope may include: * Modifying or cutting sections of the handrails. * Fabricating a suitable workaround. * Providing alternative solutions that achieve the same outcome. * Completing the modification if a suitable solution is identified.
