My B&D electric garage door is currently not opening properly. The motor and chain are running normally, but the door only opens about 10 cm and then stops. One of the timber boards on my garage door has some rot along the bottom, as shown in the photo. Is it possible to repair and fill the damaged section rather than replacing the whole board? There is another board with a smaller area of rot, approximately 3–5 cm wide and about 30 cm long. The third board only has a small amount of rot at one corner, roughly a 2–3 cm right-angle section. Could you please have a look and let me know whether these areas can be repaired, or if the boards need to be replaced?

We're having new carpets installed and need someone to remove, plane, and reattach 20 internal and external doors across 3 visits.
