The door knob to my bedroom is loose and won't open the door. The brass plate is very tight and I couldn't get it off to access the screws. All of my things are inside (I'm housesitting) so I'm stuck until I can get it fixed. Hopefully someone can help today!

A few doors at my home need maintenance. Here is the summary - Door-1: Door knob is loose with no friction. Lock is not opening. Door-2: Security door is not closing.
