Need to render outside of new door that was installed in a brick wall going out to a new deck. If we can render the door frame flat, then we will paint.

Jobs for a handy person? Preferably one person for both tasks… One task is fluro light in my kitchen has let go at one end and needs re-affixing to the roof. It’s a raked ceiling but i have a ladder if that helps. The other task is replacing all the door catches on the wardrobe doors and linen cupboard as they are old and 80% of them have snapped and the doors just hang open. There are 3 bedrooms and 1 linen cupboard (approx 8 door catches). Preferably replace them with something more robust than plastic catches. Happy to negotiate a fair price for the job and time it takes!

House - new blank door to have the door handle & hinges installed , then hung in place. I have the old door as a template.

Visit apt early morning to see what hinges are needed. Buy hinges and door close from Bunnings. Install door 45x174 cm. Bunnings costs will be paid separately

Replace bedroom door in bedroom - I have suuplied the new door just needs to be attached please.

I have taken the old door handle off. Need the new handle put on. The holes for bolts for the previous handle are vertical, but this handle needs holes aligned horizontally. Also the hole for the latch needs to be a bit bigger to accommodate the new latch.
