Balcony sliding door is not sealing properly. When the door is fully closed, there is still a visible gap in the middle. The gap seems to be caused by the sliding door being slightly tilted or misaligned. The gap is small at the top (the top seals well), but it gradually becomes wider towards the bottom. There are a 20 or so patches that have been repainted and flashed. Need a to fix the flashing. This is on multiple walls. Paint is supplied, but not primer. Also need 4 ceilings patched and painted.
