My garage roller door isn’t operating properly. The roller drum (top barrel/rod) has come out of alignment and is sitting unevenly inside the curtain. It looks like one side has dropped or shifted, creating a gap in the rolled curtain, which is stopping it from spinning smoothly. The door needs to be lifted/reseated so the roller rod sits correctly and the curtain rolls evenly again. We have ceiling fans in the house and l recently bought a couple of new ones to replace some of the existing ones. The whole house was rewired about 7 years ago, so it "Should" be just a case of taking the existing fans down and installing the new/replacement fans in their place. I may end of buying a third fan, but at this stage lets just quote for the installation of 2 fans. Cheers!

Install 6 flyscreen on windows with different sizes

I have a hole in an internal plasterboard wall that needs repairing. The hole is approximately 80cm high x 60cm wide (see photo). The job will involve: Supplying materials - Cutting and installing new plasterboard - Taping and plastering / sanding to a smooth finish - No painting required — I will handle painting myself. - Wall is easily accessible, no electrical or plumbing involved behind the wall. Looking for someone with plasterboard repair experience. Please let me know your availability and quote.

When pushing the bedroom door to close it does not fully close, possibly due to lock not working properly or whole door isn’t aligned. When there is wind from the window it causes the bedroom door to re-open. So meanwhile this has be on going I have used a travel or portable lock to close the door manually. Which is very annoying. I have replaced the door handle lock many times in the past myself from bunnings and it locks. However this time it doesn’t lock. I’m looking pay someone who can fix it (labour). And if required to replace lock I can pay as well. Please offer your price. Then I’ll compare if it’s fair and reasonable price and good service.

Front door and 2 internal doors are difficult to open and close and keep catching.
