The bracket for my curtain rod has come off the wall when someone pulled on the curtain. I need an experienced trade person with a ladder and a drill to come and reattach it and to cover up any holes with some basic putty. Screws are here but it might need bigger ones and I’m happy to go to get different ones if you need it.

Bought a Curtain Rod off amazon, need it to be installed in the bedroom. Thanks! Approximately 2.74m high. Curtain rod is approximately 3 metres in length (although length between hangers will be approximately 2.5m). I already have the hangers and screws. Not sure what the wall is made of sorry (but I assume brick)! It is an old house if that helps. The curtain rod is to be installed to cover the entrance of a nook in the bedroom (not the individual windows, see attached image).

My curtain road bracket - previously affixed using drywall anchors - has fallen off the wall. One of the anchors has pulled some drywall off, creating a bigger hole. Ideally - I'd want the curtain bracket screwed into a stud/header/brick rather than just anchored to drywall. However, I don't know what's behind the drywall. As seen in the photo, there is some sort of perforated metal sheet just above the window, and additionally another metal sheet towards the top of the wall. This doesnt leave enough room to use a toggle bolt anchor. There is 19cm of space behind the drywall until you hit another structure (see chopstick photos) The holes might need to be patched and the bracket position moved elsewhere.

Hi! I need help fixing a curtain rod holder into the wall. I already have 2 brackets up see picture – just need the third one installed to support the rod properly. The spot where it needs to go looks like it was patched up by a previous tenant, so it may need to be re-drilled.

We have a few pieces of Ikea furniture that need mounting: - 1 eket, to be wall mounted (fibreboard with concrete behind it) - 3 curtain rods (VIDGA) to be ceiling mounted (concrete ceiling).
