Various patch jobs required.

2 or 3 lengths of cornice (between 1.5 m long and 3 m long) have come loose and need to be re-glued (the are about 2.5 m above the floor and easily accessible). Also there is a crack in the plaster (about 1 m long and 3mm wide) above the bathroom basin that needs to be filled. In terms of finish, it would be good if these didn't need painting

Need someone to come and screw some screws into Cornice Stone as has become loose.

I had an upstairs leak that damaged my family room plaster ceiling. Due to insurer not not covering me I would like to get a price on the replacement of plaster ceiling and cornices in the room.
