Leaking down concrete wall. I can climb up through ceiling with ladder and sit on roof. I think it’s hinge and flashing. The skylight is about twenty five years old. I would consider any suggestions. It is better to get a handyman close to conondale like maleny. I would consider any quote. I am not sure about the hourly rate. I need materials and labour costs and possibly replacement cost.

I had a guy come and replace my transom and glass it but he just disappeared after that. It needs filled and sanded I guess? He has also replaced 2 stringers and glassed them but nothing complete. I need someone that knows what they are doing to finish this job...I have the glass and everything required... Regards Troy

I have a 4 meter fishing boat that I’ve just replaced the transom on. It still needs to be filled and painted but I can no longer use my current space. All the really dirty work is done. This job will only be for one day. I live in Conondale so better if it’s close but can go down the coast if necessary.
