We have purchased a new retractable clothesline that’s 25cm shorter than our previous line. Need someone to remove the pole that’s currently there and either re-concrete it into the ground 25cm to the left or install a new pole 25cm to the left (open to recommendations). I’ve attempted to install a Milkcan clothesline on my sloping concrete driveway, but I’m struggling to get the post level both ways without using packers that end up showing and making it look really bad. The wall mounted clothes line will need someone with precision, a drill and some screws. Need to install a new clothes line into brick work / side of the house

I have a house inspection for my rental on the 20/08 so I need to fix a couple things in my backyard before then. A fire pit was on the concrete for a long period of time with not enough protection underneath, leaving a large burn mark and the clothes line is wonky, I believe something in the hinge is broken, see pictures attached.
